These Terms govern use of bayrextools.com and purchases from BAYREX TOOLS, operated by BAYREX Technical Services LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store and products

BAYREX TOOLS sells tools and related accessories in the UAE. We aim to present accurate titles, images, specifications, package contents, compatibility and delivery information. Product appearance may vary slightly by screen or production batch.

2. Safe use

Use every tool only for its intended purpose, follow supplied instructions and warnings, and wear suitable protective equipment. Use electrical products only with the UAE-compatible voltage, frequency and plug arrangements stated on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in AED. Applicable delivery charges and taxes, if any, are shown before order confirmation. We may correct genuine pricing or product-information errors before fulfilment and will contact you if an order is affected.

4. Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not possible, or information appears incorrect or fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Intellectual property

The BAYREX TOOLS name, original store text, graphics and site design may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders or use the service unlawfully.

9. Third-party services

The store may use Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfilment partners and other service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BAYREX TOOLS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from product misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent UAE courts.
