Shipping charges
- Standard UAE delivery: AED 25 per order.
- Free UAE delivery: orders of AED 200 or more, after discounts and before any applicable taxes.
Processing and delivery estimates
Processing time and the estimated delivery window are shown on the product page or during checkout when available. Delivery time varies by product, supplier location and destination emirate. We activate new products only after checking the available UAE shipping method and estimated transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks, public holidays, severe weather, address problems and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number is added to the order and sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch.
Address accuracy
Provide a complete UAE address, building or villa details, area, emirate and reachable phone number. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment starts.
